WEST Hill is still short of an Ottery town council representative after nobody applied for a post which has been vacant for four months.
The town council, on which three West Hill Ward representatives already sit, is keen to fill the remaining spot.
Anybody from the parish can apply for the post by contacting the town council offices in Broad Street on (01404) 812252.
