LATEST: Deluge leaves parts of towns under water
A DELUGE of overnight rain has caused chaos in East Devon - with parts of Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary left under water - as emergency services continue to work to tackle problems.
Roads in and out of both towns were shut this morning.
