IN association with Heart of Devon Tourism Partnership, English Touring Opera is offering the chance to win two tickets to the opening night of its new production of Rossini’s The Barber of Seville, at the Exeter Northcott Theatre on Tuesday, March 20.

This comic opera is razor-sharp and musically opulent, with Paul McGrath conducting.
