The woman, 77, sustained injuries to her lip after her two top teeth went through it. She was taken to hospital.

SEARCH: A lengthy search on Tuesday, starting just after midday, was carried out for a man in the Undercliff area west of Lyme Regis. A coastguard helicopter, Lyme and Beer Coastguard Rescue teams and Police from Dorset and Devon were involved the search following a 999 call to the police reporting cries for help. It later transpired that a resident from a local care home had earlier been rescued by two surfers and returned to the home but emergency services had not been advised he was safe.
