YOUNG professionals in Sidmouth and East Devon could be boosted by a new networking initiative set up in the town.

Gilbert Stephens LLP Solicitors staff launched the scheme at Baraza after a similar project proved to be a smash-hit in Exeter.

The group’s purpose is to encourage young professionals to network with other businesses. Events will cover Sidmouth and the East Devon area.

Alexandra Croft, Young Professional Network committee member, said: “What’s important to the event’s success is allowing professionals to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere - something which is well received and welcomed by its members and we hope it will be as successful as our sister group.”

For more details about the group, or to attend the next event, please contact organisers at ypn@gilbertstephens.co.uk or look for the Gilbert Stephens Young Professional Network page on Facebook.
