OTTERY'S youngsters should to pay less when they use public transport, says the town's county councillor.
Roger Giles has backed a Devon County Council bid to ask Government to change its Concesionary Travel Scheme, and consider extending the it to include young people.
He said: "The scheme has been of great benefit to older and disabled people, but young people would like the same facility. Young people have consistently placed their desire for improved public transport at the top of their wish list.
