East Devon personal trainer Max Richards, also known as The Fitness Goose, has completed an epic 24-hour gymathon to raise money for the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
Max first set himself the challenge back in December but was forced to delay due to the lengthy lockdown imposed around Christmas.
Not willing to ever give up on his quest, the Fitness Goose kept to his word and set about 24 hours of rowing, cycling and running at Puregym in Exeter.
Over the course of an extremely tiring but rewarding day, he completed over 51,000 metres on the rowing machine, cycled more than 84 miles and ran 20.2 miles.
He has already raised £825 for the Hospital and more donations are welcome, just visit Virgin Money Giving and search for the Fitness Goose, or donate direct through his Facebook and Instagram pages.
Well done Max.
