A good field of ladies braved the cooler weather for the first County stableford competition on April 7 at Sidmouth Golf Club.
It was a very close result with Gerri Whitrow and Sheila Faulkner both coming in with 36 points, however Gerri was the winner on count back. Sheila did take some solace by winning the 2s prize, so all was not lost.
These ladies were closely followed by both Ann Willoughby and Catherine Walden securing 35 points. It seems that some of us are getting 'back in the swing' following the Lockdown. Let's hope the weather warms up again too.
