It’s been a busy week for Sidmouth Bowling Club as the Indoor season gets into its swing, writes Susie Bonnell.
Two of our ladies’, ladies’ captain Pat Harvie and former captain Zena Johnson went along to play at Honiton part of the Devon County Patrons team.
This is a group of ladies’ teams made up from players from clubs across the County. Zena and Pat made up a rink with two ladies from Mid-Devon - Jan Robinson and Gill Callaghan.
Together they were the winning rink for the Patrons with a score of 20-18.
Despite that, the hosts, Honiton, had an overall win on the day. Sidmouth will be hosting their own game against the Patrons on January10, and look forward to seeing all their friends.

It was an overall win for Honiton, so, the Patrons games are always fun, a good opportunity to meet up with other Club members.
