Another youngster made a promising debut for the first eleven, playing her part in the thrilling 3-2 success over Winscombe last Saturday.

Katie Jackson may just 14-years of age, but she held her own in esteemed company and showed maturity above her years to underline once more how well the youth production line at SOHC is working!

First eleven vice captain Sara Roberts said: “Katie did very well on her senior debut. She showed no signs of nerves and played with real maturity. It was a promising first start and I am sure she has many years ahead of her playing hockey at a good level.”
