There was more success for the in-form Sheila Thomson at Sidmouth last week, writes Penny Ashby.
Thompson edged out Maria Clapp in the County Prize Competition with both players carding scores of plus one.
Third place went to Susan Hackett who finished all square.
There were many good scores in this competition, reflecting the excellent state of our course, carefully prepared throughout the year by the hard-working crew of Peter Standen and his staff!
