Sidmouth Town 2nds are up to third in the Devon & Exeter League Premier Division after a 10-0 walloping of Okehampton Argyle 2nds.
Ewan Anderson fed a lovely pass for Scott Hughes to break the deadlock and Ferenc Bodor soon added a second. Two good saves from Ryan Windsor kept up the Sidmouth momentum and they were cruising when Jack Drew-Cull finished a pass from Matt Colson.
Hughes notched his second from a Merik Yilmaz cross and still had time for two more goals before half-time. Bodor also scored again, as the Vikings led 7-0 at the break. The second period was a tad calmer, with Bodor sealing his hat-trick, Hughes took his personal tally to five and Chris Drew-Cull notched on his debut.
Louis Adey and Robbie Hallett found the target for Sidmouth Town 3rds but they still went down to a 3-2 defeat against Cullompton Rangers 2nds in Division 4.
