Sidmouth and Ottery Hockey Club recorded the full range of results in the final round of fixtures for the season.
With both the first and second teams on the women’s side of the club not having matches, the third team travelled to take on Taw Valley 2, where they achieved a draw, 2-2. But the fourth team development side did not fare so well, losing 0-9 to Honiton Hornets in a home game.
On the men’s side of the club, the first team travelled to Mid Somerset 1 where they claimed all the points, winning 1-2. In a home fixture against Bridgwater 2, the second team drew 1-1.
The third team, which has had a difficult season, lost 0-13 against East Devon 2, having only mustered eight players to travel to the game. But the fourth team development side did better in claiming a point against East Devon 4 at home, 2-2.
