East Devon bodybuilder Lucy Garland is in the final stages of preparation before representing Great Britain in Barcelona.
Lucy secured her place after victory in the British Finals and also competed in Wolverhampton last weekend in the FitX and NFMUK. After the Barcelona event, Lucy will go into a well-earned off season to grow some more clean muscle to bring an even better package for 2024.
She said: “A thank you to all my three children, who are all at Sidmouth College, as they’ve had to put up with me working full time and not seeing me much due to having to do cardio at 4:30am then go to work, followed by gym training before going home.
“My biggest thank you is to my daughter Mia, who has supported me 100% and been there for me every step of the way, especially on show day. Without her, I wouldn’t be where I am.”
