AXE VALE Pony Club finished first and third in the junior section of the Taunton Vale Harriers' team showjumping at Heazle Arena on Good Friday.
AXE VALE Pony Club finished first and third in the junior section of the Taunton Vale Harriers' team showjumping at Heazle Arena on Good Friday. There were 14 teams in the junior section. Maxine Carter, who organises the teams, said: "The girls all did very well and we are extremely proud of them. They have grown up together and worked their way through the pony club, gradually moving up off their leading rein ponies to the ones they have today." Axe Vale Pink won and consisted of: Laura Shillam on Sparky,Imogen Carter on Dun'n'Dusted (3rd individual), Yasmin Carter on Kirby and Alice Perrott on Griffin (2nd individual).Axe Vale Red, who came third, were: Rebecca Eley on Saffy, Lauren Reed on Honey Bee, Ellen Borough on Copper and Imogen Carter on Corrieview Megan.Pic contributed.
