Both Beer Albion sides were without games last weekend due to a local wedding, writes Richard Honnnor.
However, both are in action this coming Saturday (September 24) in Macron Devon and Exeter League matches.
The second team entertain Starcross Generals at the Furzebrake in a Division Five encounter which is being sponsored by Beer Head Caravan Park.
The Beer senior side, who have only played one league game so far (a narrow 2-1 defeat at Clyst Valley) have a tough fixture at unbeaten Elmore, but after their Premier Cup success against University of Plymouth two weeks ago, the Fishermen will be hoping to open their league account and put a dent in the Eagles’ 100 per cent record.
