Sidmouth ladies were out in force on Wednesday playing another par competition as part of the County Prize series, writes Penny Ashby.
Angela Coles stormed through to win on plus three followed by her playing partner, Maria Clapp, who scored plus one.
In third place this week, with minus one, was Marian Thomas.
Meanwhile, Penny Lyne impressed us all by winning the final of the Devon County Venerable Vets competition.
It all took place at Exminster where Penny won with a very good score of 38 points.
