Ottery St Mary 7, Pinhoe Gladiators 2 Ottery St Mary Under-15s breezed into the last eight of the Exeter and District League Cup with a convincing win against a Gladiators side that are the unbeaten leaders of Division Two.
In a thrilling game it was a stunning double save by Otters keeper Joe Henkus, made with his team just a goal up, that proved the pivotal point of the match. Henkus was replaced owing to injury with his side 6-0 to the good.

A delighted coach Steve Flinders said: “It was a fine all-round performance, with right back Tom Hayes yet again dishing up one of those consistent displays we see from him week in and week out.”
