Cool Crocket lands Sidmouth Jewellers success.
Martin Crockett was the winner of the latest round of Sidmouth Jewellers Friday stableford, writes John Johnson.
Crockett record a score of 41 points and his round included a birdie on the tough third hole. His fine round resulted in a handicap cut. Second place went to Graham Davies with another high score of 40 points and that saw him bag a cut in handicap.
Third place went to the ever-present James Spiller with 38 points.
The Spiller effort saw him extend his lead in the Friday lLeague table to 19 points with his nearest rival the manager Jonthan Lee back in 5th spot. Although Jonathan must have a smile on his face for recording the only 2 of the day resulting in a nett prize to equal 1st spot.
