Sidmouth CC were well represented when 15 members attended the Devon League Annual Awards Night.

Sidmouth CC were well represented when 15 members attended the Devon League Annual Awards Night that was held at the Exeter Court Hotel, Kennford. The evening featured an interesting recollection of career highlights from Derek Randall, the former Nottinghamshire and England batsman whose fielding was legendary. Sidmouth captains Will Murray and Saj Patidar collected the 1st and 2nd XI Premier League trophies after leading their sides to victory in the respective competitions. In addition Murray won athe Premier League 1st XI Bowler of the Year award. The League Payer of the Year was David Burke, from Plymouth CC, and the Young Player of the Year was Chris Metters.
