Ottery St Mary's first Peninsular League Division 1 (East) victory of the season last week was followed on Wednesday night by a 6-0 away thrashing of Newton Abbot Spurs.
"It was delightful to see the way the team passed the ball around. We really feel we are getting somewhere now," said manager Andy Phillips.
Now with eight points Ottery swapped places with Okehampton at the bottom of the South West Peninsular League Division 1 East, though Okehampton have two games in hand.
The goalscorers on Wednesday were Joel Hawes (2) - the second of which involved the whole team with one-touch football from one end of the pitch to the other - James Ibbason, Dan Jewell and Lee Began (2), who came on as a sub.
l Ottery host Alphington in a premier cup match on Saturday (ko 2.30pm).
