The latest round of matches in the Sidmouth Ladies’ Triples League produced a couple of conclusive victories and one by just three shots.
Amethyst prevailed in then closets contest of the three, securing an 18-15 win over Opal, a result that keeps them in the top half of the table and consigns Opal to remain in the bottom half.
The other two matches involved the top two meeting, and beating, the bottom two. Leaders Diamond took their shots total for the campaign to date past the 100 mark as they defeated basement side Coral 16-10.
Emerald, like Diamond, sport four wins from five matches so far after they defeated Ruby 18-10.
There are three games today (November 20), all starting at 2pm.
The top three take on the bottom three with table-topping Diamonds taking on bottom side Coral, second placed Emerald face fourth placed Opal and third placed Amethyst meet fifth in the table Ruby.
