It is only a fortnight to go before rackets and balls can emerge from the cupboard for what will hopefully be a fantastic summer of tennis.
Preparations are fully underway at Seaton Tennis Club, where they expect to reopen with singles, doubles, club nights, group coaching and the ever-popular rusty rackets programme.
There will be restrictions in place for use of the clubhouse, including social distancing and hygiene rules, but the good news is that courts will be open from March 29.
For anyone thinking now is the time to give tennis a try, or even get back into a sport you previously enjoyed, rusty rackets is a terrific scheme at Seaton.
Open to adults of all ages, beginners and non-members are invited to come along every Saturday between 2pm – 5pm to give the sport a go for just £3. Just turn up on the day or contact seatontennis@gmail.com
