Tipton were carving out chance after chance and it wasn't long before the third duly arrived.
Gooding was sent clear, only to see his shot saved by the keeper but Adam Connett was on hand to tap in the rebound.
The fourth followed soon after when Connett sent in a corner which was flicked on by Flack at the near post and Jonny Heavey finished from six yards.
The second half saw Tipton produce further opportunities to score but didn't add to their tally until the 75th minute when Neil Gooding got on the end of a Barry Wood flick to finish at the near post.
With the game petering out Newtown 2nds scored a consolation goal, to the disappointment of the Tipton players who wanted to keep a clean sheet.
Next up for Tipton is a local derby at home to Honiton Town this Saturday. Kick off is 3pm.
