Sidmouth Under-8s Raiders and Warriors travelled to Exeter to play Heavitree Youth, writes Keith Pulman.
The Raiders played first and battled industriously against a side who passed the ball around well.
All the Raiders played with great determination and kept going throughout the match, with stand out efforts from Dean Lynch and Scott Monro Higgs.
Next on were the Warriors with all the team playing some really great football and looked very strong.
Man of Match performances came from Matthew Dunford who was steadfast in defence and Thomas Fletcher who ran tirelessly, also scoring his first goal for the team.
