Fluxton suffered their first defeat of the season when beaten 3-1 by visiting Honiton Town Reserves.

The visitors took a fifth minute lead, but the home side had a chance to level when Matt Clothier-Smith made a fine right wing run, but his cross was put wide by Ollie Paget.

In the 18th minute, and against the run of play, Honiton double their lead when a right wing cross was turned past his brother in the Fluxton goal by Chris Sercombe!

Eight minutes before the break Ollie Paget fired wide of the target and the visitors went into the break two goals to the good.

The second half was, like the first, governed by the elements and a strong wind. Just before the hour mark the visitors bagged a third and, although substitute James Santer got one back, it was all to no avail.
