Sidmouth Under-13s were nine wicket winners when they met Ottery St Mary.
After winning the toss and inviting the Otters to bat the ball won outright in the contest with the bat!
Jordan Fowler took the bowling honours with three wickets for nine runs in three overs. Harry Ensall bagged a brace for two runs in as many overs and both Oliver Pugsley and Ben Johnson each claimed tow wickets.
Tom Jeacock top scored for the Otters with 11 and Eddie Rudolph chipped in with 10, but the ball ruled throughout the innings which closed on 45.
The Sidmouth reply was led by Byron Knowles with an unbeaten 20 whilst Andrew Donovan was the other not out batsman as the winning line was crossed.
