Sidmouth were hot favourites in this game as they had drawn the bottom team in the league and totally overwhelmed and outplayed their opposition. They attacked from the start and scored a superb opening goal from Jacob Rowe's corner which was headed in by Joe Miller. Sidmouth scored at regular intervals and went into halftime 7-0 up. The whole squad - Finlay Marks, Jamie Newbery, Harvey Sargent, Ben and Joe Miller, Ollie Jarrett, Jacob Rowe, Alex Stone, and Connor Murphy - were awesome and the second half finished 16-0. The scorers were Joe Miller 7, Sargent 2, Murphy 2, Rowe 2, Jarrett, Newbery, and Ben Miller. A great performance but the next round will be tougher. Heavitree 1, Warriors 2This friendly match was a little flat compared to the first but Sidmouth still dominated but the finishing was wayward. They played the game with everyone in differant positions plus Will Counsell from the Raiders. Ollie Jarrettt opened the scoring with a simple tap-in and Alex Stone scored the second. Heavitree pulled one back in the second half but didn't trouble Sidmouth again, who went on to win 2-1.
