Feniton 1-2 Sidmouth Warriors

Sidmouth Warriors Under-9 players had clearly learnt fro their experiences in the Ottery game for they coped far better with the opposition’s direct approach.

Warriors got their passing game going early on and Samuel Rice and Joe Ashby expertly finished off two fine moves to send their side into the break two goals to the good.

Feniton kept pressing in the second half and were rewarded for their endeavours with a goal.

However, that was as good as it got for them as Warriors closed the game out well and created the better of the closing stages chances.
