Sidmouth Raiders Under-13s make flying start with 6-1 win over Brixington United

Sidmouth Raiders Under-13s made a wonderful winning start to the new Exeter and District Youth League Division Two season crushing visiting Brixington United 6-1.

Will Bond fired them ahead before a brace from CJ Abbott put them in total charge. The visitors gave as good as they got for long periods and were denied a couple of times by the frame of the goal!

Eddie Rudolph netted the fourth and the other goals for Raiders came from Robbie Hallett and Samuel Burhop.

The winners’ star man was Lewis Rowden who was terrific all game in the defensive midfielder berth.
