The first half saw the Warriors make the perfect start with Connor Murphy slotting the ball coolly past Tyler Hellier after only a couple of minutes. The rest of the half was more evenly and keenly contested, with solid defending from Jamie Newbery and Harvey Sargent, ensuring that Finlay Marks did not have a shot to save. The second half started in the same fashion for the Warriors and this time Alex Stone got his name on the scoresheet. The Raiders upped their game forcing Murphy, who donned the gloves, into a few good saves. It was the Warriors however who scored twice more through the Miller brothers Joe and Ben. Ollie Jarrett had a very good game and had a hand in a couple of the goals. Both teams were eager to attack at every opportunity with Alex Stone causing the Colyton defence problems with his link-up play. Connor Murphy and Finlay Marks had to be alert at all times from the counterattack and the first half ended with a tremendous save from Harvey Sargent. The second half carried on in the same way with end-to-end football and a terrific through ball from Murphy to Ollie Jarrett led to Sidmouth's second goal. Joe Miller was a real force in a strong midfield which secured another fine win for the Warriors.
