Footballing youngsters battle hard

Seaton Stars lost 11-1 to Colyton. It took Colyton over 10 minutes to break and score the first of six goals in quick succession, Seaton were forced to give away a penalty and goal number seven was scored, writes Jane Tate.

Seaton endured 10 minutes of intense pressure which led to two further goals. Just before half time Colyton were caught napping and Seaton scored to make it 9-1 at half time. Seaton started the second half with some great movement around the pitch but Colyton scored two more goals. Colyton goal scorers were Tony Pinder 3, Dom Beer 4, Harry Day 1 and Will Bennett 1.
