The Sidmouth U13 girls had their final training session before Christmas.
The training session was overseen by Hannah Luff who plays rugby for the England ladies Under-20 team.
Hannah is keen to help out with her local girls rugby team and will be doing more training sessions after Christmas.
The girls enjoyed the new training games and fitness drills which Hannah had learned training with the national team.
The Sidmouth girls teams are always looking for new members so why not come down and train with Hannah.
