Over 30 pink clad ladies enjoyed a fabulous charity fundraiser for Sidmouth Hospice at Home.
There were teams of three taking it in turns to play with a pink ball, which doubled the score. Refreshments were provided on the course, again with the pink theme, the pink gin going down very well!! Generously donated raffle prizes made for more money to the charity.
The winning team with a great score of 141 were Susan Hackett, Janet Humberstone and Andrea Milton.
In second place were Mo Borer, Mo Kendall, Lady Captain and Gerri Whitrow with 136 and coming a close third with 134 were Sharon OBrien, Hilary Tutcher and Lynette Lloyd.
Nearest the pin on the 12th was Diane Boyden and on the 18th Mo Kendall.
Best dressed individual was Maria Clapp and the best dressed team were Chris Cave, Sue Billinghurst and Annie Carter.
Past captains trophy has also been played recently - Marie Timms won with 34 points, Gill Paddon came second with 33 points and there no ‘2s’ scored on the day.
