Great day at St James’ Park
Sidmouth Town JV U10s had the chance to win the Sunday League Cup on Sunday, having already won the league early in the season, writes Rob Fowler.
Sidmouth had to play Feniton u10s at Exeter City’s St James’ Park.
Sidmouth dominated the play all game and run out 5-0 winners with George Salter and Jake Jones both scoring twice and Tyler Wood getting the other.
Full credit must go to Feniton who never gave up but just came up against a very good Sidmouth team. Many thanks to the East Devon league for all their hard work through the season (Mr and Mrs Frood and Val Board ) for giving the boys chance to play football.
Squad: J Fowler, S Pyne, R Griffiths, D Lascelles, T Wood, G Salter, C Mcnamara-Campbell, T Rush, A Michell, J Jones, G Sinker, S De Gruchy, H Ensall.
