THIS year's Cannon Rollo Trophy memorial match - in memory of Hayden Rollason who died in a road accident two years ago while on leave from the Royal Marines - ended in a 2-2 draw.
The match was between the two pubs in Newton Poppleford - the Cannon Inn and the Exeter Inn (pictured right, Cannon in claret and blue) - all locals from Newton Poppleford and former school mates of Hayden.
The day included a raffle, skittles and darts competition at the Cannon Inn, to raise money for Devon Air Ambulance.
