Sidmouth and Ottery (SOHC) men’s fifth team were beaten 4-2 on their visit to East Devon for their latest league outing.
Richard Lucas levelled the game after the home side took an early lead but East Devon scored one either side of half time before Steve Ellison pulled another one back from what proved to be the one short corner won by the side in the game.
East Devon then claimed one more to secure the points. Captain Andy Dockley praised the team’s performance.
The youngsters played well again with Max Moore being particularly impressive with his new stick - another positive for the club’s future.
