The New Members’ Doubles Tournament, organised by Howard Quarrell and assisted by David Baldock, attracted 12 entrants competing in both Association and Golf Croquet games.

Each year, the winners of this event are the proud recipients of finely crafted “Red Queen” trophies, designed and made by David.

Congratulations to Sue Winnard and Roger Mills, this year’s winners, who beat Anne Gedge and Tony Salvige in the final.

Other competitors were David and Tina Jones, Kelvin and Sue Dent, Edward and Margaret Colman, Mel Randle and Paul Bitmead.
