Otters in full swing
Dominating right from the start, Ottery Crickets Ladies 2nd XI were quickly into full swing, over powering the Ashmoor defence easily.
Maisie Pritchard opened the scoring with a beautifully taken sweep into the goal.
Jane Roberts soon followed suit by edging past the Ashmoor defender to clip the ball into the goal from a well- timed pass by Caren Flicker.
The third and fourth goals came from a gracefully taken flick into the corner of the net and a mighty strike from a short corner routine by Pritchard and Roberts respectively.
Desperate for a goal of her own, Sophie Hudson scored by throwing her whole body at the ball in a surreal fashion to make the score 5-0 at half time.
