Ottery St Mary had no joy in back-to-back meetings with Feniton, writes Michael Smith.
The teams met first in an EEML fixture in which the Otters went down by three rinsk to one and to the tune of an overall 68-58 shots score.
The successful Ottery rink was the one of Jan Richardson, Clive Russell, Tony Luff and skip Peter Jones, who won 20-12.
Three days later the teams met again in another EEML match and once again Feniton were the rink winners by three to one, and this time they increased their shots wining margin to one of 18, securing a 68-50 success.
The winning Ottery rink in the second meeting was the one of Dot Luff, Chris Hawke, John Pethick and skip Mike Smith 17-12.
