Preparation for the new football season at Ottery St Mary AFC begins in pre-season training on Tuesday, July 10 with a positive combination of change and tradition.
Graham Varley and Krisztian Kohary, sponsored by Bar Venezia, arrive as a new football management team. Ottery St Mary’s first team, sponsored by Alpes Exec Transfers, will play in the Devon & Exeter Football League Division 3 and the Otters second team, sponsored by P Marles Plastering, will play in Division 7.
Varley and Kohary are FA qualified coaches and come with plenty of Devon & Exeter League experience and plan to use this background to develop the depth of local quality that is emerging through the Ottery St Mary’s youth system.
Varley and Kohary are committed to encourage expansive and attractive football which they hope will appeal to more and more of the local Ottery community to support the club on matchdays.
