Central midfielder Rob Smith served up a superb shift of energy and quality passing as Ottery St Mary Reserevs twice came from behind to share six goals with visiting Bickleigh.
Not since late November have the Otters second string netted three, but they were good value for the point with Smith central to some fine tam play.
Two goals inside the first ten minutes put the Mid Devon side in charge, but Dan Gill fired Ottery back into the contest before a terrific Smith pass set up Barry Wood to level before the break.
Bickleigh regained the lead in the second half, but that was cancelled out by a second from Wood, this one a crisp volley that ensured honours ended even. Anything less would have been an injustive on the Otters!
