Ottery St Mary Reserves completed their pre-season schedule with an impressive show that brought them a 3-0 win at Tedburn St Mary.

The Otters gave a debut to Exeter-based Ricky Foster and he impressed throughout, netting two of the goals.

Matty Daly scored the other goal. His was a superb individual goal as he first won the ball with a strong tackle, then took it on before unleashing a drive that gave the home glovesman no chance.

The star of the Otters show was goalkeeper Hugh Cort.

The second team begin their Fresha League Division Nine campaign on Saturday, August 29 with a home meeting against Bickleigh Reserves.
