Reynolds and Ashby triumph in Coronation Foursomes

The president’s team played their first match last Friday when they met East Devon at home and were very pleased with their 4-3 victory, writes Maria Clapp.
Mixed friendlies have also started.
Their first match was on Sunday where they had a good home win over Teignmouth.
On Wednesday the ladies played the Coronation Foursomes, on another beautiful sunny day.
The winners were Linda Reynolds and Penny Ashby with the runners-up position going to Andrea Milton and Marian Thomas.

In third position were Angela Coles and Maria Clapp. The winners go on to the regional finals in Cirencester in August.
