Sheila strikes again in Sidmouth Scratch Cup

Sidmouth Ladies staged their Scratch and Handicap competitions over the past week and a familiar face rose to the top of an impressive field.
Congratulations go again to Sheila Faulkner as our new Club Champion, who came in with a terrific gross score of 162 over the two days, winning the Scratch Cup
The Handicap Cup was won by Marie Timms with a nett 134 and some fine golf was played throughout the field.
There were no '2s' scored on Day 1 but Day 2 saw a couple - on the 4th hole by Marie Timms and on the 6th by Maria Clapp.
The putting competition was won by Gerri Whitrow on Day 1 and Marie Timms on Day 2.
Congratulations to all who took part and we look forward to the Presentation evening later in the year.
