Sidbury Under-10s entertained Sidmouth and, after they won the toss, the visitors opted to field.
Henry Tanner and George Tanner launched the Sidbury innings and some slick running coupled with a boundary got things off to a good start with a 24-run partnership.
Alec Bagwell and Tom Grove also managed a respectable 20 with their time at the wicket and the final pair of Alec Bagwell and Lucy Tanner hit three fours on their way to a score of 27, leaving the Sidbury innings closing on 275.
When Sidmouth batted they came across some terrific Sidbury bowling! Esme Bagwell claimed a brace of wickets in one over before Herbie Isherwood and Ellie Monro Higgs bowled with real accuracy and discipline, conceding just nine runs of their four overs.
Sidmouth needed 30 runs off the final four overs. However, George Tanner, Tom Grove and Esme Bagwell bowled with real precision to restrict the reply to 260 to give Sidbury a richly deserved 15 run win.
