Sidmouth and Ottery Hokcey Club set up taster sessions - for free!

Sidmouth and Ottery Hockey Club are set to hold free taster sessions next month.

Saturday, September 14 is the date that the club will open its doors to a wide range of youngsters from the age of eight to 18 from 10am until 11.30am.

The offer is for youngsters to get along to the Sidmouth College all-weather pitch and experience for themselves the thrills and spills of hockey,

All instructors on duty on the day are trained hockey players from the club.

The club are keen to impress upon people that the session, whilst geared to attracting new members, is open to new and existing hockey players.

People wishing to take part are asked to turn up with trainers, shin pads and, ideally, a gum shield
