Sidmouth Badminton Club has now begun a new season and it is calling out to all members, past, present and future.
The club is a friendly, and very active one, and has a range of members that covers all age ranges.
Club nights are very sociable and all standards of playing ability are catered for.
What’s more, throughout the year the club run plenty of fun competitions (for which both Father Christmas and the Easter Bunny have been known to donate prizes), and host a number of fundraising events.
But that’s not all! For those hoping for a more competitive element, the club enters men’s, ladies’ and mixed teams in various divisions of the Exeter and District Badminton League, and are always looking for keen match players! If badminton is the sport for you – or you’d like to take up the sport – why not get along and join in? Club nights take place at Sidmouth Sports Centre, and run from 8pm to 10pm on Wednesday evenings from September through to the end of March, 2019.
