Sidmouth ladies Blues gave Seaton Blue a case of the blues when beating them in the popular and competitive Over-50s Ladies League, writes Susie Bonnell.
Despite the continuing cold and wet weather front, the ladies met to play two triple teams for 18 ends of excellent bowling.
Sidmouth ladies were delighted to win on both rinks, giving them the full six points available.
The highest scoring Sidmouth rink was led by skip Margaret King and her team, Elaine Reed and Sylvia Cook with a score of 22-17.
Well done, the Sidmouth Blues!
