Sidmouth Bowling Club played hosts to the Jubilee Cup last week.

The home club fielded teams alongside those from Lyme Regis, Ottery St Mary, Budleigh Salterton, Seaton and Honiton to play for the Jubilee Cup in a round-robin format.

The eventual winners were Honiton who’s team of Scott Eveleigh, Tony Broughton, Eddie Sharman and Kieren Daniels amassed 39 shots with only 14 in reply to win by a comfortable margin.

Sidmouth players found the going tough against all the visitors with only one team managing a draw.
